Description:
Gary McCarty was shot and killed by police officers after a chase through Clinton Township and Mt. Clemens. The parties entered into a confidential settlement.

Description:
Plaintiff Grawey was a victim of police misconduct in Clare County. The case was appealed to the Sixth Circuit which issued a published opinion holding that the officers were not entitled to qualified immunity.  I was able to obtain a confidential settlement.
